2ND SHIFT HOSPICE NURSE
2 RN’s needed to work collaboratively from 3:00 pm to 8:00pm Monday through Thursday for visits, some case management and admissions; also on call duties every other week from 8:00 pm to 8:00am for emergent calls and visits; paid a per visit rate for visits after 8:00pm. Full time benefits; Prior home care preferred- must live in New London County; Strong computer skills; minimum one year nursing experience; will train the right nurse.
PER DIEM HOSPICE RN
Needed for weekdays M-F from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm as available to cover vacations, etc- required to work 2 weekend days a month. Must be available 3 days a week during training period; Competitive wages/no benefits Must have a Current CT RN license and 1 year nursing experience preferably in home care; Strong computer skills and the ability to flex hours to meet the needs of patients/families; will train the right nurse.
